Design & management of nature reserve in Somerset
We run our own project in Somerset – a mixed use plot with orchards, ponds, a recreation area, woodland and cultivation. This land was acquired as a degraded pasture in 2021, and is now a biodiverse nature reserve with many threatened species.
Informative workshop for prospective London landowner
We regularly run sessions for prospective landowners, running them through what they need to know before buying land. This session included tips on which parts of the UK were most suitable, as the client had not yet settled on a location.
Ecolodge strategic guidance for sunny Herefordshire site
This project in Herefordshire is in the design stage of an ecotourism development. We advised them on early stage challenges and potential solutions for a drainage and planting scheme. We have an extensive directory of contacts, and referred them to an expert on sustainable drainage systems.

Established to serve small landowners and small businesses.
Back in 2024, a large group of people were being let down by existing consultancies. Small landowners and small businesses couldn’t access support for rewilding projects due to the minimum value of contracts, which could be as much as £10,000 at some organisations.
Regenerata was established by a biodiversity specialist to level the playing field, making it easier for all of us to access quality advice and help with nature recovery.
My overheads are low and I won’t try to sell you costly interventions – instead, you will get practical, level-headed advice that draws on a wealth of scientific expertise. Drawing on an extensive network of industry connections, I can point you towards further, cost-effective help if and when it is necessary.

We work with you, to make degraded land...
...biodiverse and productive once more.
Let's chat!
We know that it’s a lot of pressure to get in touch with a consultancy. That’s why your first session is just £49!
Our hourlong sessions are a structured chat, walking through the details of your project, to find out what it’s worth knowing at your point in the land ownership journey. We tailor sessions so that seasoned landowners and potential buyers both get the same great value.
Why choose Regenerata?
We own land.
Regenerata doesn’t just advise landowners – the company is run by a landowner. Our land is pictured – 3.5 acres with meadows, orchards, woodland, ponds and plenty more besides.
This means our advice is grounded in an understanding of the challenges you’ll face in real life. Realities like neighbours, access, and the public, that other consultancies forget.
We're great value.
You’re looking for expert advice, so why pay for overheads? Regenerata keeps costs low – as a lean consultancy run by an industry expert, you’re getting great value.
Our introductory sessions are available for just £49, but we also offer competitive pricing on landscape design, site visits and consultancy. Get in touch to find out more.
What is the Regenerata Approach?
We blend rewilding, permaculture, regenerative farming, garden design and nature recovery influences to create vibrant, productive landscapes.
Much of our landscape in Britain is extremely degraded. There are few places left which are in good ecological health, as we have drained, tilled, sprayed, developed and levelled our countryside.
That’s why conservation is no longer enough – we can’t just protect a few remaining patches of good habitat, but need to create new, wilder spaces. Regenerata blends the use of land between people and nature, creating functional, productive landscapes where biodiversity can thrive.
Our approach differs from rewilding – we aren’t just giving land back to nature, but creating spaces where people and nature can live together. This has huge benefits for staff at a business, residents in a housing development, or locals near a farm. With a nature-rich landscape that they can access, their mental and physical health will improve, and their general wellbeing soars.
At the heart of our business is the understanding that, while some nature needs peace and quiet, it’s possible to create a blended landscape with public access, where animals, plants and people can all succeed together.
